Chris was a psychiatrist and neurologist with board certification in sleep medicine and Clinical Associate Professor at University of California. 

For over 10 years, he served and helped patients at Stanford Health Care-Stanford Hospital with their sleeping disorders. His passion to further his reach pushed him to start SleepStandards.com. 

To ensure quality output, Chris handpicked sleep experts to help him reach thousands more who are suffering from sleeping disorders. Chris is absolutely passionate about sleep health and helping others with their sleep disorders. He is definitely the right man in the right place. 

Robert B. Johnson

Sleep Expert Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology

Robert is a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of Georgia. His research focuses on the impacts of sleep on human health. 

He’s published over 100 research studies on sleep deprivation and deficiency. Robert also believes that one of the fundamental aspects of good and healthy sleep is to have a proper mattress that will allow the body to relax and unwind so that a person can sleep without any interruptions the entire night. 

Now, he’s dedicated his time to help everyone at Sleep Standards to ensure quality content is published and backed with medical evidence.

Counseling Psychologist Managing Editor

Connie spent 7 years at Delaware Family Center and is now working as a Managing Editor for Sleep Standard and as a Counseling Psychologist. 

Connie finished her counseling psychologist program at Ohio State University. Her passion to write helped a lot of people suffering from physical, emotional, and mental issues.  She specializes in helping and counseling people with sleep disorders and suffering from insomnia.

She believes that one of the most important aspects of having a good night’s sleep is to sleep on a high-quality mattress selected specifically to suit one’s needs. If she’s not working, she spends time with her family somewhere in Grove City.

Angelica is responsible for planning articles on Sleep Standards and doing some preliminary research which is further reviewed by our medical team of experts.
