Robert is a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of Georgia. His research focuses on the impacts of sleep on human health. He’s published over 100 research studies on Sleep Deprivation and Deficiency.

Now, he’s dedicated his time to help everyone at Sleep Standards to ensure quality content is published and backed with medical evidence.

I believe that sleep is a vital element of health, well-being, and longevity. One of the most powerful ways in which we can influence the quality of sleep is to carefully select what we sleep on. This where my mission aligns with the mission of Sleep Standards.
