A study of gamers found that playing certain games can be bad for your sleep while the others help you sleep better.

After analysing the data, we’ve discovered which games cause the most and least sleep problems for gamers.

PES 2020 is the game that cause the most sleep problems for its gamers , with 91.8% of the gamers telling that they develop sleep problems after playing the game. 

Among Us is the game that cause the least sleep problems for its gamers , with only 32.7% of the gamers telling that the games cause sleep problems for them.

Methodology And Limitations

We analysed more than 15 million comments and threads across the subreddits of most popular games, i.e., Fortnite, Among Us,…. to find out if these games worsen their players’ sleep quality.

Because the survey relies on self-reporting, issues such as telescoping and exaggeration can influence responses. Please also note that this survey’s results do not reflect our opinions.
